Sweeteners Sucralose

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener and sugar substitute.In the EU, it is also known as E955. As a artifical sweetener with zero calorie, sugar free and high sweetness. Sucralose is about 320 to 1,000 times sweeter than sucrose.Three times as sweet as aspartame.


Sucralose powder can be found in more than 4,500 food and beverage products. It is used because it is a no-calorie food sweetener, does not promote dental cavities,and is safe for consumption by diabetics. 

Sucralose can be used in:

1.       Carbonated drinks and still beverages.

2.       Jams, jelly, milk prodcts, syrup,confections.

3.       Baked goods, desserts.

4.       Ice cream, cake, udding, wine, fruit can, etc.
